We are a Human Service Agency meeting each of our individuals where they are while promoting autonomy. We foster the importance of Community Practice, involving the whole person, friends, family members and community connections. We will continue to strive in providing high quality supports while designing innovative and unique services for each individual to help foster/cultivate Everyday Lives. Our service locations are Montgomery County, Philadelphia County, Chester County, and Bucks County. Individuals we serve and why; Adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, Autism and Dual Diagnosed individuals (Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities). We provide services to help bridge the gap of great possibilities vs. seeing one's disabilities.
The L.I.F.E. Group LLC will create teams of supportive, knowledgeable, and caring professionals who will work diligently towards fostering the "Everyday Lives" principles of "Choice, Control, Quality, Stability and Safety" in the lives of our consumers in a family environment.
